May 2026 Cougar Newsletter for Elizabethtown Middle School, grades 5th–8th. The newsletter features a beach and seashell theme with blue accents and includes a parent/student message encouraging Cougar pride, academic focus, and leadership as the school year ends. Reminder dates include Reading EOG on May 21, Science EOG on May 22, and Math EOG on May 27. Upcoming events listed are a holiday on May 25, 7th–8th grade prom on May 29 from 6–9 PM, and 8th Grade Graduation on June 4 at 10:00 AM.

🏈⚽🏀 FREE Sports Physicals at ETMS 🏀⚽🏈

Elizabethtown Middle School will be offering FREE sports physicals for students on the afternoon of May 27, 2026 after testing has been completed for the day.

In order for students to receive a free sports physical, a sports physical packet must be completed and returned by May 13, 2026.

📌 Important Information:

• Parents/guardians must complete ALL required parent sections, including:
✔️ Health History
✔️ Signatures
✔️ Concussion Information
✔️ Consent Forms

📥 Once completed, students should return their packets to Nurse Smith's mailbox ASAP.

⏰ ALL completed packets must be returned by May 13.
